A lot has changed this new year, including the way I eat and the choices I make towards my health. A couple weeks ago I seen myself getting sick consistently, running out of breath just walking up a flight of stairs, or having the ankles of a 90 year old... yes I said 90. It was then I decided to change all that and really take my health more seriously. Seeing as though I just started blogging; I figured what better way then to track my fitness and health progress here as well. #MEALPREPSUNDAYS :D
